Delivery of appliances usually takes place between 3 to 10 working days after purchase, subject of course to stock availability in our warehouses or by the manufacturer. Depending on your location, your appliance will either be delivered by our own fleet of vans, by the manufacturer's own transport, or by a specialist courier service. Arrangements can usually be made to deliver on specific dates and also to advise at what time of day the delivery can be expected, but this will depend upon your exact location.
If there is any reason for a delivery delay, we will contact you within 2 days to discuss the expected delivery date or to offer you an alternative model that we know is in stock. Please note that we always carry a considerable variety of core line appliances that are available for immediate despatch.
Please note that we cover this large area in rotation by allocating one or more specific day(s) a week for delivery to your area. We make every effort to deliver your goods to you as fast as possible.
We deliver to most mainland postal areas in Southern England from the East of Canterbury in Kent to Torquay in the South West.
We do not deliver to the PL and TA postcodes.
The congestion charge area in London is included at no extra charge. For clarification we do not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland or any offshore island.
Our priority to our customers is a prompt and efficient despatch service. Delivery is by one man to the ground floor only. Delivery charge details are provided on each product page.
When viewing details of specific appliances on this website, you will be asked to enter your postcode, following which you will be informed if you are eligible for free delivery.
Our warehouses are amongst the largest of any independent retailer in the UK and are literally crammed with fast moving products. However, if the appliance selected is out of stock, we are totally dependent upon the relevant manufacturer for onward delivery – a situation which is the same for every other retailer, whether trading in domestic appliances or not.
